Withdrawal from the purchase contract - return of goods

All our customers are entitled to return the goods in two different situations:

within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. In this case, the customer is entitled to unpack and test the goods. If the customer gets acquainted with the basic features of the product and these do not suit him, he has the right to return the goods. Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, it is necessary to fill in and send us a sample form for withdrawal from the contract. Within the next 14 days, the goods must be carefully packed and, if possible, returned in the original packaging to the address specified in the terms and conditions. Attach proof of payment (eg invoice) and printed form to the shipment.

Complaint goods

Our customers can use the goods complaint within 24 months of their purchase. In the event that any defect occurs, it is necessary to fill in the Sample Form for making a complaint and describe the defect in detail here. We also recommend that you describe or document the defect in more detail in the accompanying e-mail in which you send us the completed form. We will immediately handle the complaint and contact you, when we will evaluate the whole matter and notify you of its solution. Please attach proof of payment (eg invoice) and a completed form to the consignment with the claimed goods. By law, we have 30 days for the entire settlement of the complaint, but usually the settlement is faster. Complaints about goods are regulated in more detail in the business conditions.
