We operate an e-shop on our website www.hjlight.eu.
We process some personal data to ensure the sale of goods and the operation of our website www.jhlights.eu.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you enquire about our products, we will work with the contact details you provide us with, mainly via the contact form. These are: name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number.
What is the reason?
You can contact us using the contact form to further discuss the products we offer.
On what legal basis?
This is the processing of personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - negotiation of a contract or carrying out pre-contractual measures at your request.
How long will we process the personal data?
Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 14 days from our last communication.
Processing of personal data in case of purchase and registration
If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing data: name, surname, address, company reg.number, VAT number and the data necessary for further processing of the order: telephone number and e-mail address.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfil the purchase contract - to deliver our goods to you. We will also use the contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, or about complaints or your questions.
We will also process personal data to fulfil our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to deal with complaints and other matters).
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - performance of our legal obligation.
How long will we process the personal data?
For the duration of the performance of our service and thereafter for a period of 10 years from the last delivery of the goods.
Newsletters (commercial communications)
Unless you are a purchasing customer and you have opted us out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news and other information (newsletters).
On what legal basis?
Section 7 (3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, allows us to do so, unless you have prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase.
How long will we process personal data?
10 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing at any time by sending an email to our email address postmaster@hjlight.eu.
- Who gets access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. However, there are some companies or other people working for us who will get access to the data because they help us with the running of our e-shop. These are:
- the operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform - Shoptet a.s., with registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00 Prague 6, ID 289 35 675, registered with the City Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25395,
- companies involved in the delivery of goods:

We process personal data only in the territory of the European Union.

Our company does not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.
